Manchurian / Bhajiya Ball Forming Machine
The Nirali Manchurian / Bhajiya Machine is a manually operated solution for shaping consistent, round balls for dishes like vegetable manchurian, pakoras (bhajiya), and even small vadas. Designed for commercial kitchens and street food vendors, this machine improves speed, shape accuracy, and hygiene in the preparation process.
The machine features a bowl with pre-cut holes, into which the prepared batter or mixture is added. By applying gentle pressure from the top, the batter is pushed through the holes. An attached cutting ring handle, operated by the other hand, slices the batter into uniform balls as they drop—ready for frying.
This innovative, mechanical design eliminates the need for hand-rolling, maintains uniform size, and reduces preparation time. Built with durable, food-grade materials, the machine is easy to clean, rust-resistant, and designed for long-term use.
Perfectly round, consistent balls—every time. Ideal for manchurian, bhajiya, and more.
