At Nirali Food Machinery, we maintain a strict No Return and No Refund policy.
Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

We strongly encourage our customers to carefully review product details, sizes, technical specifications, and clear any doubts with our support team before making a purchase.

2. Product Damage Disclaimer

Nirali Food Machinery is not responsible for any product damage during shipping or delivery.
Once the product leaves our premises, the responsibility lies entirely with the courier/logistics partner and the customer.

  • If the package is received in damaged condition, it is the customer's duty to:

    • Immediately raise the issue with the delivery personnel.

    • Refuse to accept visibly damaged packages.

    • Capture proper photo/video evidence at the time of unboxing.

    • Follow up with the courier partner for resolution or claim.
